Adaptive Forward Lighting
System
The Adaptive Forward Lighting
System swivels the headlights
horizontally to provide greater
road illumination while turning.
To enable this feature, set the
headlight control to the AUTO
position.
Vehicle speed must be greater
than 3 km/h (2 mph) in order for
the system to operate.
The system will not operate when
the transmission is in R (Reverse).
The system is not immediately
operable after starting the
vehicle.
The vehicle must be driven a short
distance in order for the system to
be properly calibrated.
To deactivate this feature, rotate
the headlight control out of the
AUTO position.
Automatic Headlight
Leveling Control
The headlight leveling is
controlled automatically,
depending on the load the vehicle
is carrying.
