NOTICE
• Don’t mix water with ready-
to-use washer fluid. It could
freeze and damage washer
system components.
• When using a concentrated
washer fluid, follow the man-
ufacturer's instructions.
• When it’s very cold outside,
only fill the tank 3/4 full with
fluid to allow for expansion.
• Don't use engine coolant for
your windshield washer. It can
damage your washer system
and paint.
Battery
CAUTION
Batteries have acid that can
burn you and gas that can
explode. You can be hurt badly
if you aren't careful. See the
section titled "How to Use this
Manual" for tips on how to
work around a battery without
getting hurt.
Battery posts, terminals and
related accessories contain lead
and lead compounds which can
cause cancer and reproductive
harm. Wash hands after
handling.
Your vehicle is equipped with a
battery that requires no periodic
maintenance.
The battery is located in the trunk,
behind a panel on the right side.
When it is time for a new battery,
purchase one with same replace-
ment number that is shown on the
original battery's label.
It is not necessary to access the
battery to jump start the vehicle.
