Instrument Light Dimmer
The control is located on the
instrument panel to the left of the
steering column.
The instrument light dimmer
controls the brightness of the
instrument panel lights. Rotate the
knob to the full right position to
turn on the interior lights.
If the low beam headlights are
turned on when it is light outside,
the interior lights will not dim.
That way, the driver will still be
able to clearly see all instrument
panel readouts and radio and
climate control displays.
Reading Lights
The reading lights are located on
the overhead console.
These lights have on/off switches
next to them.
To turn a reading light on or off,
press the on/off switch.
If the lights are left on, they will
turn off automatically ten minutes
after the ignition is turned off.
These lights turn on whenever a
door is opened or unlocked while
it is dark outside.
Battery Saver
This feature is designed to protect
your vehicle's battery.
See "Battery Rundown Protection"
later in this section.
