Hotliquidunderpressure!
Fuelinthehighpressurefuellineisstillunderpressureimmediatelyafteryoushutdowntheengine.
Beforeperforminganymaintenanceorinspection,waitfor2minutesafterengineshutdowntoallow
thepressuretodrop.
Failuretocomplycouldresultindeathorseriousinjury.

Electricalshockhazard!
Highvoltageischargedtothecontrollerand/ortotheinjectorwhiletheengineisrunningandim-
mediatelyaftershutdown.DONOTtouchthecontrollerortheinjector.Consultyourdealerifitis
necessarytotouchthesepartsformaintenancepurposes.
Failuretocomplycouldresultindeathorseriousinjury.

Whentheenginehasstartedandbeforebeginningwork,thefollowingproceduremustbeobserved:
1.Lettheengineidleforaboutveminutesuntilithaswarmedup.
2.Movetheenginethrottlebuttontothemaximumspeedposition.
Oncenormaloperatingtemperaturehasbeenreached,checkthefollowing:
•
Theexhaustsmokeisnormal.
•
Thereisnoabnormalnoiseorvibration.
•
Therearenooil,fuelorwaterleaks.
Theengineshouldberunatfullspeedwhenoperatingconditionspermit.
Theoperatingspeedofthemachineandoftheattachmentshouldbecontrolledbymeansofthecontrollevers.
Checkthesystemsdisplayandconsoleregularly.
Stoptheengineimmediatelyifoneofthefollowingsituationsoccurs:
•
Suddenincreaseordecreaseinenginespeed.
•
Abnormalnoise.
•
Blacksmokeattheexhaust.
•
Amessageappearsonthedisplayscreenandtheaudiblealarmdevicesounds.
