atorleavingtheoperator'scompartmentwithoutrst
operatingthegatelocklever(1).

Tosoundthehorn,presstheendoftheleft-handcon-
trollever.
NOTICE:alwayssoundthehornbeforeoperatingthe
machine.
3.Optioncontrol(ifequipped)
4.Carradiomutecontrol(ifequipped)
Locatedbelowthecontrollever,thiscontrolisused
tomutethesoundwithouthavingtooperatethecar
radio.
Pressandreleasethecontroltomutethesound.
Pressonceagainonthecontrolandrelease,the
soundisrestored.
NOTE:withtheenginestopped,ifthesoundismuted,
itwillstillbeactivewhentheengineisrestarted.

Thiscontrolenablestheenginetobeshutdownin
emergencyorwhenitisnotpossibletoshutitdown
bymeansoftheignitionkey.
Pressonthefrontofthecontrol,theenginestops,the
audiblewarningdevicesounds,thecontrolindicator
lampcomesonandthemessage"Enginestop"isdis-
played.
Tostarttheengineagain,pressonthebackofthe
controloncemoreandthenturntheignitionkeyto
starttheengine.
NOTICE:thisswitchshouldonlybeusedincaseof
anemergency.
