Toreplacetheengineoilandengineoillterproceed
asfollows:
1.Parkthemachineonat,levelground.Stop
theengine,removetheignitionkeythenopen
thehatchundertheengine.
2.Raiseandfastentheenginehoodwiththe
brace,thenremovethellingplug.

3.Removetheprotectivecapfromtheengine
housingdrainvalve.
4.Screwtheendoftheextensiondrainhoseinto
thedrainplug,thenplacetheotherendina
containerofappropriatecapacityandallowthe
oiltoowout.
5.Removetheextensiondrainhose,theninstall
theprotectivecaponthehousingcheckvalve.
Placetheextensiondrainhoseinthestorage
compartmentatthefront.
NOTE:changetheoilwhiletheengineisstillwarm.The
oilwillowmoreeasily.

6.Cleanaroundthelterattherearrightcom-
partmentandremoveitwiththespecialoillter
wrench.
