isdangerous.Securethemachinermlywithwirerope
orthelikesothatitwon’tmovefromvibration.
1.Checkthatthemachineisproperlyloadedinposition
andthatthetrailerislevel.
2.Foldthebucketandthenfoldthearm.Placewooden
blocksontheplatformofthetrailer.Lowertheboom
slowlyandadjustthewoodenblockssothatthe
bucketandarmrestuponthem.
3.Stoptheengine.
4.Lockthedoors.
5.Makesurethattheradioantennaislowered.
6.Adjustthemirrorsothatitwillnothitagainstanobject
aroundthemachineduringtransportation.
7.Afterverifyingthattherearenoproblemswiththe
machine,blockthetracksandtiedownthemachine
withchains,wireropes,etc.sothatitdoesnotmove
duringtransportation.
8.Fastentherearofthelowerframetothetrailerby
attachingthechaintothechainattachmentholefor
transportonthelowerframeandsettingupthechain
inanXshape.
9.Installchainstotheinstallationholesatthetopends
ofblade,crossandtightlypillthechainstoattachthe
otherendsofchainstothetrailer.
10.Verifythateverythingisblockedandtieddownbefore
transportingthemachine.
