undergroundinstallationscancauseseriousinjury.
Modifyyourdrivingtosuitworkingconditions(slopingorroughground),thenatureofthegroundandweathercondi-
tions.Onsteeplyslopingground,keepengineatmaximumspeed.
Whentravellingatrightanglestotheslope,moveontotheslopeatlowspeed.Neverreduceenginespeedwhen
travellingdownslopes.
Holes,obstacles,debrisandotherdangerrisksintheworkingareacancauseseriousinjury.Inspectandnoteall
possiblerisksbeforedrivingthemachineinanewworkingarea.
Donotworknearoverheadhigh-voltageelectriclineswithoutcheckingbeforehandthatallnecessarymeasures
havebeentakentorespecttheminimumdistances:

Lessthan57000V:3m(9.8ft).
•
Morethan57000V:5m(16.4ft).
Neverhitorpushmaterialwiththesidesofthebucket.
Neversweepthegroundwiththebuckettolevelrubble.
Whenoperatingthecontrollevers,awhistlingsoundwillbeheardifthecontrolleverisheldinpositionwhilethe
correspondingcylinderisattheendofitsstroke.Inthiscasereleasethecontrollever.
Ifearthormudstaysstuckinsidethebucket,openandclosethebucketseveraltimessoastoloosentheearthor
themud.Afterwork,removeanymudandcleanthemachine.
Whenoperatingtheattachment,takecarethatthebucketdoesnothitthedozerblade.
Takecarenottohitthedozerbladeagainstrocks.
Whenusingtheupperstructureswing,neverchangethedirectionofswingtoosuddenly.
Iftheoperationofthedozerbladeisnotnecessary,alwaysmakesurethatitisinmaximumraisedposition.
Duringllinginoperations,operatethetwotravelleverswithyourlefthandwhileoperatingthedozerbladecontrol
leverwithyourrighthand.
Whenclimbingupaslope,placethebucketabout40cm(15.7in)abovetheground.Whentravellingdownaslope
itisrecommendedtoplacethebucketonthegroundtopreventthemachinefromsliding.
Avoidturningthemachineonsteepslopes.
Neverswingtheupperstructureonslopesof15°inthedirectionoftravelor10°atrightanglestothedirectionof
travel.
