beforehand.

4.Whentheradiatoriscompletelyempty,close
thedrainvalve.Closethedrainplugonthe
engineblock.
5.Fillthesystemwithcleanwater.Installthe
radiatorcap.
6.Starttheengine.Runtheenginefor10minjust
slightlyhigherthanidlingtoraisetheengine
temperatureto80°C(176.0°F).
7.Stoptheengine,thenremovethekeyfromthe
starterswitch.
8.Waitfortheenginetosufcientlycoolbefore
drainingthecoolant.
9.Repeatsteps4to8untilthewaterdrainedis
clear.
10.Closethedrainvalveontheradiatorandthe
drainplugontheengineblock.
