Description: The LOAD command makes the electronic load active/on or
inactive/off.
Setting Syntax: LOAD[:STATe]<space><NRf>
Setting Parameters:<NRf>, OFF(0), ON(1)
Setting Example: LOAD ON Activate the electronic load.
LOAD 0 Inactivate the electronic load.
Query Syntax: LOAD[:STATe]?
