Enable Electronic Hookswitch
The Electronic Hookswitch feature supports the following headset devices:

Plantronics Savi 740
•
Jabra PRO920
•
Jabra PRO9400
•
Sennheiser DW Pro1
The Cisco IP Phone 6841 does not support the Electronic Hookswitch feature.
Procedure
Step 1
On the Configuration Utility page, select Admin Login > advanced > Voice > User.
Step 2
Set up the fields as described in Audio Volume, on page 193.
Step 3
Click Submit All Changes .
Enable Remote Call Recording with SIP REC
You can enable call recording on a phone so that your user can record an active call. The recording mode
configured on the server controls the display of the recording softkeys for each phone.
