Optional: The phone maintains the current behavior for secure
calls.
Required: The phone rejects nonsecure calls from other phones.

Enables the phone to display details of a call center call. Select Yes to

Enables the user to add a disposition code. Select Yes to enable or No
to disable.

Enables the user to trace the last incoming call. Select Yes to enable or

Enables the user to escalate a call to a supervisor in case of emergency.
Select Yes to enable or No to disable.

Displays the call center status and the agent status. Select Yes to enable

SIP proxy server and port number set by the service provider for all
