Specifications
Hydraulic Pump Type: IntegraI gear-type pump and motor
assembly.
Sump Capacity: Usable oil = 24 Litres (6.3 Gal)
Hydraulic Fluid Type: Clark Hydraulic Fluid MS-68 (or
other specification MS-68).
Filter Type: Disposable, 25 micron, return line oil filter,
100 mesh suction line screen and a 10 micron filter cap/
breather filter.
Service Intervals
Hydraulic Fluid Level Checks: Every 8-10 hours or daily.
Hydraulic Fluid Change (Drain and Refill): Every 2000
hours of operation or every year.
Hydraulic Fluid Filter Replacement: After the first 50
hours of operation, then every year or 2000 hours of oper-
ation.

hydraulic circuit.
The hydraulic sump is located in the rear side compart-
ment of the truck frame. The sump is equipped with a suc-
tion line screen, return line filter, filter cap/breather.
The hydraulic pump and motor assembly is mounted to
the flow plate.
The hydraulic pump draws oil from the sump and sends
oil to main valve.
The oil which was supplied from the main valve to the
steering unit and attachment returns to sump.
Serviceable items are the pump, motor, suction line screen
and the return line filter. Other components, such as hoses,
fittings, and clamps, are nonserviceable and should be
replaced if worn or damaged.
