Accelerator Control Switch
Description
The accelerator control is operated by the accelerator foot
pedal to send a signal for power demand to the control.
At the start, the accelerator control is stroked (by the
action of the accelerator pedal), and in turn sends a signal
to the motor control, requesting it to produce longer elec-
trical pulses to the motor, which in turn will supply more
power to the drive train.
An internal spring returns the control to start position. The
accelerator is an integral unit and is not serviceable. Open-
ing of the unit will void the warranty.
