3.1 What’s in the box
3.1.1 To unpack
Unpack the modem ADUand ACU. Check that the following items are present:
• SAILOR 7006B/F ADU
• Accessory kit for SAILOR 7006B/F ADU:
• Package with bolts and washers
•Lifting harness
• SAILOR 7016C ACU
• Accessory kit for SAILOR 7016C ACU:
• NMEA multi-connector
• RJ45 patch cable (0.5 m)
• Coax cable F-F, low loss, 75 Ohm (2 pcs)
•RJ45 patch cable (2m)
• Power cable (1x230 VAC)
• X7 Modem BUC & Console to ACU cable
3.1.2 Initial inspection
Inspect the shipping cartons immediately upon receipt for evidence of damage during
transport. If the shipping material is severely damaged or water stained, request that the
carrier's agent be present when opening the cartons. Save all box packing material for future
use.
