L3 Functions > ARP > Static ARP Settings
The Address Resolution Protocol is a TCP/IP protocol that converts IP address into physical addresses. The
table allows network managers to view, define, modify, and delete ARP information for specific devise. Static
entries can be defined in the ARP table. When static entries are defined, a permanent entry is entered and is
used to translate IP addresses to MAC addresses.

QoS > Bandwidth Control
The Bandwidth Control is used to limit the speed rate in particular port interface(s). The measure unit is
Kbits/Second.
Figure 4.107 – QoS > Bandwidth Control
From Port / To Port: A consecutive group of ports may be configured starting with the selected port.
Type: Selectable types “Tx”, “Rx” and “Both” from drop-down list.
Tx: Specific for egress packet
Rx: Specific for ingress packets
Both: Tx/Rx modes are included
No Limit: This drop-down menu allows user to specify that the selected port will have no bandwidth limit.
Enabled disables the limit.
Rate (64-1024000): This field allows user to enter the data rate, in Kbits per second, will be the limit for the
selected port. The value is between 64 and 1024000.
