2. Stop the engine, apply the parking
brake and remove the drain plug.
3. Wait until the oil is cooled down.
4. Place the oil pan under the en-
gine and unscrew the drain plug
counterclockwise to drain the oil
completely. All the used oil can be
drained out easily when the engine
is still warm.

5. Remove the oil lter from the bot-
tom of the fuel filter on the right
side of the engine.
6. Apply a thin lm of oil to the O-ring
of a new lter and tighten the new
lter rmly by hand.
7. Fill the engine oil to the specied
level and tighten the oil lter to the
specied torque.

8. Run the start motor for approx.
10 seconds to distribute oil to
each part of the engine.
9. Run the engine for approx. 5 min-
utes and check for proper opera-
tion through the engine oil warning
lamp. Then, stop the engine. (It is
normal that the oil warning lamp is
off while the engine running)
10. Check the engine oil level again
with the oil dipstick. If the level is
low, add more oil.
The engine oil filter should be
replaced when changing the en-
gine oil.
