1. If the hose clamps are loose, tight-
en clamps securely.
2. If the hoses and clamps are dam-
aged, you must replace them at
once. Failure to do so could lead
to engine damage.

1. Park tractor on a at surface.
2. Turn s te eri ng w hee l s o f ro nt
wheels are pointed straight ahead.
3. Lower the implement, lock the
parking brake and stop the engine.
4. Measure distance between tire beads
(center) at front of tire and hub height.
5. Measure distance between tire
beads at back of tire and hub height.
6. Front distance should be 0.079 ~
0.315 in. (2~8 mm) less than rear
distance. If not, adjust the length
of the tie rod joint.

Check to ensure the radiator hoses
are free from damage and are tight-
ened properly every 200 hours or ev-
ery 6 months, whichever comes rst.
1. If the hose clamps are loose or wa-
ter leaks from hose, tighten clamps
securely.
2. If the radiator hose is swollen,
hardened, cracked or damaged, it
should be replaced immediately.
Also, it should be replaced every 2
years.
