REMOVAL
● Remove the luggage box. ( 3-3 )
● Remove the plug maintenance cover. (
3-3 )
● Remove the center cover. (
3-3 )
● Remove the floor side cover. (
3-4 )
● Remove the floor panel. (
3-4 )
● Remove the exhaust muffler assembly. (
3-7 )
● Remove the fan cover shroud. (
3-2 )
Cylinder Head
● Loosen the 4 cylinder head bolts.
NOTE
·Bolts are loosened by rotating 2~3 times and
alternating to a diagonal bolt.
● Remove the cylinder head.
● Remove the cylinder head gasket.
Cylinder
● Remove the cylinder.
Piston/Piston Ring
● Remove the piston pin clip.
● Remove the piston pin.
NOTE
·Be careful not to bend pins.
·Be careful not to damage the cylinder and crankcase
gasket face when cleaning.
