Choose the alarm index which corresponding the number in the physical interface of alarm
1) Enable local alarm.
2) Choose the alarm in type, Normal Open or Normal Close
3) Setup the alarm schedule
4) Anti-dither: The minimum time between 2 alarm input. If the interval of two alarm in is smaller
than this, the second one will not be counted.
5) Enable and choose the local alarm out.
6) Latch: Local alarm duration
7) Show message: Enable it to get the pop up message
8) Other activation setting, please refer to Chapter 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, 9.5
