Intercharacter Delay
Specifies a delay between the end of one character and the beginning of the next in 10-millisec-
ond increments. This delay is inserted after each data character transmitted. If the transmission
speed is too high, the system may not be able to receive all characters. You may need to adjust
the delay to make the system work properly.
