Node Identification Indicator frame - 0x95
Description
A device receives this frame when AO = 0 and another device transmits a node identification message
to identify itself.
The data portion of this frame is similar to a network discovery response. For more information, see
ND (Network Discover).

Indicates the 64-bit address of the remote device that
transmitted the Node Identification Indicator frame.

25-26 Node identifier string on the remote device. The NI string is terminated
with a NULL byte (0x00).
