Engine Preheating System
Engine preheating system is Intake preheating system, its main functions are: heat air inlet temperature
through Heating air intake to solve the problem that engine is difficult to be started in winter resulted from low
temperature. Main parts include: temperature sensor (11), preheating controller (7), preheating indicator (12),
preheating relay (8), and preheating plug (9).
Working principle:
8. Preheating switch (4) is turned on;
9. When water temperature of engine is higher than 25 (water temperature Rt resistivity is
smaller than 800Ω), controllor (7) is not at preheating state, preheating indicator light (12) is off;
10. When water temperature of engine is lower than 25 (water temperature Rt resistivity is smaller
than 800Ω), controllor (7) is at preheating state; preheating time is related with water
temperature;
11. When preheating time T1 is up, preheating indicator light (12) is off (if ignition switch is off during
preheating time, controller stops working), it enters into period waiting for starting;
12. Turn off starting gear (ON) of ignition switch (4) during this period (preheating plug is power on
during this period), preheating is on again, The time T2 is 300S;
