Error in paper
feed bin
Paper outside specications
(thick paper) or paper with
black background is used.
Touch the key to clear the error. If using thick
paper, change to paper within the specications. If
using paper within the specications, change the
double-feed detection settings of the paper feed
table to OFF. (For details on the changing method,
refer to the page indicated.) Press the key
again.

The color of the print on the
paper is uneven or the print
has deviated from the correct
position.
Touch the key to clear the error. Change the
double-feed detection settings of the paper feed
bin to OFF. (For details on the changing method,
refer to the page indicated.) Press the key
again.

After the paper was changed,
operations were started
without performing preset.
Press the key again.

Paper has jammed at the
paper feed bin.
Eject the jammed paper by pressing the key.
If paper is not ejected even when the key is
touched, touch the key while touching the
key to turn the paper feed unit in the opposite
direction. Pull out the paper with the hand with
the machine stopping. (For details on how to pull
out the paper, refer to the page indicated.) Press
the key again.

The paper is not separated
properly.
Eject the jammed paper by pressing the key.
If paper is not ejected even when the key is
touched, touch the key while touching the
key to turn the paper feed unit in the opposite

all paper from the paper receiving table when
performing sorting operations on the ejection
stacker. Separate the paper loaded on the paper
feed bin again. Press the key again.

Paper jammed before reaching
the paper receiving table, or
reached it late.
Eject the jammed paper by pressing the
key. If the paper cannot be ejected by touching
the key, remove the paper jammed at the
paper ejection outlet of the paper receiving table.
(For details on how to pull out the paper, refer to
the page indicated.) Remove all paper from the
paper receiving table when performing sorting
operations on the ejection stacker. Touch the
key to resume operations.

Not one sheet of paper is sent
to the paper receiving table
from the paper feed bin.
If paper is not sent due to miss feed or because
there is no paper, refer to the countermeasure
provided for paper feed bin errors. Remove
all paper from the paper receiving table when
performing sorting operations on the ejection
stacker. Touch the key to resume operations.
