The "thread clamp" signal is triggered depending on parameter t 01 20.
The following settings are possible with parameter t 01 00 :
When the thread clamp is activated, the speed is limited to 250 min
-1
until the thread clamp switches off. The
angle setting always relates to the set reference position.
12.10 Reference value transmitter
The reference value transmitter (SWG) is fastened under the machine table with an assembly bracket.
The reference value transmitter's pull and push rod are connected to the machine pedal by a connecting rod.
Screw the assembly bracket for the reference value transmitter under the machine table so that the SWG
push and pull rod and the pedal connecting rod form as straight a line as possible in order to ensure the best
transfer of power between the SWG and the pedal.
The connecting rod and the pedal should form an angle as close to 90° as possible.
You must ensure that the pedal moves freely.
Number of pedal speed stages
The reference value transmitter's stroke in the forward direction (speed display) can be divided into variously
precise speeds with parameter t 08 21.
The reference value transmitter can be re-calibrated with parameter t 08 20 after it has been replaced or if it has
not been working correctly.
Select the parameter and confirm with OK.
