Press the key and select the PRINTING MODE parameter.
Press either of these two keys until the printing mode (1
to 4a) is selected.
Confirm your selection of the printing mode by pressing ENTER .
Press the key and select the SEPARATION SPEED parameter.
Press either of these two keys until the separation speed
is selected in mm/sec. (0.3 - 1 mm/sec.).
Confirm entry of the separation speed by pressing ENTER .
Note:
Pay attention to the following points:
1. In printing modes 1 and 2 for screen printing, one printing squee-
gee (rear) and one flooding squeegee (front) are used.
2. In printing modes 3, 3a, 4 and 4a for stencil printing, two printing
squeegees are used.
Setting the down stop
Requirements:
The machine must be ready for operation and in its basic position.
The squeegees (flooding squeegee and printing squeegee) must
be installed.
The main menu must be displayed.
A PCB must be mounted.
Open the cover.
Turn the two down stop micrometers for the squeegees clockwise to
zero (squeegees are lifted out).
Close the cover.
Press the key and select the PRINTING MODE parameter.
Press either of these two keys until printing mode 3
is selected.
