Access to data via MODBUS
The MODBUS master uses the register addresses 5051 to 5081 to access the data area of the auto-
scan buffer. This data area contains the values of the device parameters defined in the scan list.
For example, if the register 2007 was entered for mass flow in the scan list by means of the SCAN
LIST REG. 1 function, the master can read out the current measured value of the mass flow in
register 5051.
