Check the installation of the FUSER UNIT
Is the FUSER UNIT installed correctly?
Go to Step [3]. Reinstall the
USER ASSY
correctly.

Check the connection of the FUSER UNIT
Check the connection state between FUSER
UNIT and PWBA MCU.
Are P/J171 and P/J17 connected correctly?
Go to Step [4]. Reconnect the
P/J171 and P/J17
correctly.

Check the continuity of the HARNESS ASSY
FUSER
Is the continuity between P/J171 <=> P/J17
normal ?
Go to Step [5]. Replace the
HARNESS
ASSY FUSER.

Check the resistance value of the Temp.
Sensor in the FUSER UNIT
Measure the resistance value of the connectors
listed below.
 J171-8PIN <=> J171-7PIN
 J171-4PIN <=> J171-6PIN
 J171-4PIN <=> J171-5PIN
Can the resistance value be measured?
Replace the
PWBA MCU.

and P/J31

Is the continuity between P/J311 <=> P/J31
normal ?
Go to Step [5]. Replace the
HARNESS
ASSY CRUM.
