BOARD ASSY, MAIN
Do not remove/install the board in areas where static sparks may be generated.
(e.g. on a carpet) Be sure to touch a metal part to discharge any static electricity you might
have before removing/installing the board.
1. Remove the nine screws (silver, 6 mm) that secure the COVER ASSY ESS E to the main unit.
2. Remove the COVER ASSY ESS E together with the COVER OPTION from the main unit.
3. Remove any optional boards inserted into the BOARD ASSY, MAIN.

4. Remove the screw that secures the USB connector of the BOARD ASSY, MAIN.
5. Remove the four screws (silver, 6 mm) that secure the SHIELD ASSY IF E to the main unit.
6. Remove the SHIELD ASSY IF E from the main unit.
7. Disconnect all the connectors on the BOARD ASSY, MAIN.
8. Remove the 12 screws (silver, 6 mm) that secure the BOARD ASSY, MAIN to the main unit.
9. Remove the BOARD ASSY, MAIN from the main unit.
