Is there any foreign material, deformation, or
dirt on the path?
Clean or replace
the part.
Go to Step [2].

Check the Paper Feed Rollers
Are the Paper Feed Rollers (ROLL ASSY
DUP1/ROLL ASSY DUP2/ROLL ASSY
TURN) installed correctly?
Go to Step [3]. Reinstall the
rollers correctly.

Check the Paper Feed Rollers
Are the paper feed rollers (ROLL ASSY DUP1/
ROLL ASSY DUP2/ROLL ASSY TURN)
worn?
Replace the
rollers.
Go to Step [4].

Check the operation of the DUP JAM
SENSOR
Check the DUP JAM SENSOR with reference
to FIP 2-15 (p.130). Was the trouble fixed?
