3.3 Power Supply
3.3.1 Specifications
Ensure that the available power meets following specifications.

Actual consumption depends on the model, motion, and load of
the Manipulator.
Rated consumption
= ( 150 W + total Manipulator rated consumption × 0.8) / 0.6
Refer to Manipulator manual for Manipulator rated
consumption.
Peak Current When power is turned ON : approximately 70 A (2 msec.)
When motor is ON : approximately 50 A (2 msec.)
Leakage Current Max. 3.5 mA
Ground Resistance
100 or less
Install an earth leakage circuit breaker or a circuit breaker in the AC power cable line at 15 A
or less rated electric current. Both should be a two-pole disconnect type. If you install an
earth leakage circuit breaker, make sure to use an inverter type that does not operate by
induction of a 10 kHz or more leakage current. If you install a circuit breaker, please select
one that will handle the above mentioned “peak current”.
The power receptacle shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible.
