Attach and tighten the upper head fixing screw
very carefully. Do not touch the encoder(s) of
the ZT element(s).
Plug in all flex prints and edge connectors on the
PCB side (tighten the connector clamp after
pushing in the flex print).
Remove the head assembly tool(s) and release
the axis.
Reconnect all vacuum tubes.
