Vacuum Cleaning Station emptying and cleaning
Remove the cover and exchange the cup.
Clean the hole and upper and lower side of the
rubber in the cover (1). Do not use any
aggressive cleaning material.
Re-mount the cover.
After re-mounting the cover, make sure
that the cover is properly engaged in the
opening. Damage can occur if the cover
is improperly seated (collision risk).
4.3.6 Dispensing Valve Cleaning
Clean the dispensing valves
To clean the dispensing valves, separate manuals for each valve type can be found on the Info Page
of the machine software. Please refer to these manuals.
The interval for the dispense valve cleaning can vary from daily to weekly. It depends
mainly on the features of the dispense material. Define the interval according to
experiences and company restrictions.
