The X sliders have an opening for applying
grease. Using the grease gun, loaded with the
recommended grease (see 'Tools, Material and
Scheduling') and equipped with the correct
coupler, apply 0.4 cm³ (ml) of grease per slider
while moving the slider at the same time in
order to spread the grease evenly. Repeat the
procedure for each linear slider on X axis (a total
of two sliders).
Please make sure that no grease is on the
surface of magnetic plates and on the
measurement system of the X axis.
From the front and the rear of the machine,
loosen the fixing screw of the electronic cabinet.
Open the cover carefully.
