Squeeze bottle
Syringe
Squeeze bottle or syringe are used to purge the
tubes of the head.
Time needed
Schedule around 65 minutes for this task (preparation time of 5 minutes included).
Do not forget to include the time consumption for the daily, weekly and monthly maintenance
which are due at the same time.
4.7.2 Prerequisites
For a safe and efficient maintenance, detailed in this chapter, the following prerequisites have to
be fulfilled:
• Production Material unloaded
• Feeder on front- and backside removed
• Nozzles, does not matter
Machine operating condition:
• shut down, main switch off
• connected but main switch locked
Schedule around 5 minutes to fulfill these prerequisites (see also chapter 'Tools, Material and
Scheduling' for the overall effort).
To gain the above mentioned prerequisites, follow the steps described in chapter "Gaining
Prerequisites c" on page 4-66.
