Clean PCB Holder, Tray Holder and Support Pins (if existent).
Clean the PCB holder, the Tray Holder and the
Support Pins with a soft and lint-free cloth.
4.5.6 Linear Motor Magnets Checking and Cleaning
Clean linear motor magnets
Remove all loose components, dust etc. from all
the linear motor magnets with a vacuum
cleaner. There are three linear motor magnets,
two on Y axis (Y and Y1) and one on the X axis.
Clean the magnets also with a soft and lint-free
cloth to remove also the ferromagnetic dust
which cannot be removed by vacuum cleaner.
