4.3 Daily Maintenance a
Before starting the daily maintenance tasks, read carefully the safety information in the
Introduction of Preventive Maintenance on page 4-1.
4.3.1 Tools, Material and Scheduling
For an effective and efficient daily maintenance, detailed in this chapter, the following resources
have to be provided:
An error free function is only guaranteed with the usage of tools, materials and genuine
parts mentioned in the table below and at the individual tasks. The usage of tools, materials
or parts other than recommended is at the user's own risk and cost. It can result in the
expiration of warranty.

Scissor or side cutter
Auxiliary Material:

Spareparts:
Cup 0.04 l (transparent), only for dispensing, SP61/CP02
Time needed
Schedule 4 to 19 minutes (depending without/with dispensing) for this task (preparation time of 3
minutes included).
4.3.2 Prerequisites
For a safe and efficient maintenance, detailed in this chapter, the following prerequisites have to
be fulfilled:

• Feeders on front side removed
• Nozzles, does not matter
Machine operating condition:
• in operation
• machine at maintenance position
