3.3 Mechanical Adjustment Possibilities
If some preconditions required for the calibration cannot be met, this chapter provides information
about possible adjustments.
3.3.1 PCB Handling
Adjust Parallelism of Front Rail (BUM beam)
To adjust the front rail do the following steps:
Loosen the 4 screws along the front rail (3).
Move front rail to the correct position (as close
to the front and as parallel as possible), tighten
slightly the left screw. By means of the top
camera (1), check the Y coordinate of the left
and right fiducial of the front rail (BUM Beam). A
deviation of less than 0.1 mm is acceptable.
Tighten all screws .
