Remove all loose components in the center hole
with a vacuum cleaner (see picture).
If components are in the center hole, the feeder
cannot be positioned correctly and does not
work properly.
Remove all loose components and dust with a
vacuum cleaner from the feeders, especially the
pick area. Check for loose components
whenever a new component reel is installed or
changed on the system. For a troublefree
production it is very important that all loose
components found in the feeder are removed.
4.5.4 Trailing Cable Checking and Cleaning
Clean all the trailing cables
Remove dust, abrasion etc. from all 4 sides of the
trailing cables by using a vacuum cleaner.
