Time needed
Schedule max. 17 minutes (without dispense axes) / max. 27 minutes (with 2 dispense axes) for this
task (preparation time of 3 minutes included).
Do not forget to include the time consumption for the daily and weekly maintenance which are
due at the same time.
4.6.2 Prerequisites
For a safe and efficient maintenance, detailed in this chapter, the following prerequisites have to
be fulfilled:
Production:
• stopped
Machine loading:
• Production Material unloaded
• Feeders on front side removed
• Nozzles, does not matter
Machine operating condition:
• in operation
• machine at maintenance position
Main electrical power:
• connected
Compressed air:
• connected
Machine location:
• does not matter
Schedule around 3 minutes to fulfill these prerequisites (see also chapter 'Tools, Material and
Scheduling' for the overall effort).
Note:
To gain the above mentioned prerequisites, follow the steps described in chapter "Gaining
Prerequisites a" on page 4-62.
