Dispense Plate cleaning
Take out the dispense plate an clean it with a
suitable solvent / solution.
Note:
After re-mounting the dispense plate,
make sure that the plate is properly
engaged in the opening. Damage can
occur if the plate is improperly seated
(collision risk).
Needle Height Calibration Station cleaning
Pull out the plunger of the needle height
calibration station and clean it with a suitable
solvent / solution.
The needle height calibration station consists of
a separate protection ring and the plunger. The
plunger itself contains a groove which holds
back components/debris/dispense media from
entering the plunger guidance.
Note:
After re-mounting the plunger, make
sure that the plunger is properly
engaged in the opening. Damage can
occur if the plunger is improperly seated
(collision risk).
Check if the plunger is free, with pressing
it very carefully down a small amount.
Then let it go, the plunger must come
back into its original position.
The ring should also be free and laying
on the surrounding plate and not stay up
in the air.
