Remove Nozzles from Toolchanger
Note:
After cleaning, the nozzles must be
returned to the same position as before.

Toolchanger
Open toolchanger
Remove all nozzles from the toolchanger. If
possible, put them down in the same
arrangement as they are in the toolchanger. This
speeds up the restoring at the end of the
cleaning procedure.
Clean Nozzle 1
Before cleaning the nozzle, clarify the necessity.
A microscope will be helpful if available.
Remove any dirt inside the nozzle by means of
the pusher needle. Insert the needle from
behind, illustrated on picture.
Clean the nozzle outside as well.
Alternatively, or additionally, the nozzle can be
cleaned in an ultrasonic bath.
Clean all Nozzles, except Nozzle 1
Clean the nozzles by blowing out with compressed air.
Note:
Use only pressure-reduced and oil-free compressed air (max. 0.5 bar). Too much pressure is
blowing out the tips.
Alternatively, or additionally, the nozzles can be cleaned in an ultrasonic bath.
