EN Rivo™ I Controller
56
W3T597263 Issue 01-0624 | Evoqua Water Technologies GmbH
WARNING
If devices are connected to the internal power sup-
ply (e.g. dosing devices) or via fixed connection
cables (e.g. connectors), the current consumption
must not exceed the installed back-up fuse (max.
20A).
Rivo™ Flex Modules and the HMI must not be
plugged in or unplugged with the power supply
switched on.
The device operates with liquids. For this reason,
DIN EN IEC 62368/60950 must be observed when
connecting the devices.
Avoid high temperatures at the terminals of the
relays and the mains supply. Due to the high ambi-
ent temperatures at the terminals, connected cables
must be designed as follows:
Ambient temperature <30°C:
Cables heat-resistant up to at least 60°C
Ambient temperature <40°C:
Cables heat-resistant up to at least 70°C
Ambient temperature >40°C:
Cables heat-resistant up to at least 80°C
NOTICE
The electronic module is not suitable for electrical
connection with permanently installed cable con-
duits.
If the cable glands do not meet local installation
rules and regulations, these glands must be
replaced with suitable ones.
The electronic module is equipped with a flexible
voltage supply input and accepts AC voltages from
100 to 240 volts. Take the power consumption into
account when dimensioning.
Note the correct polarity of the voltage connections
and the correct dimensioning of the wire cross-sec-
tions.
