7 Put the electronics module into operation:
1 Turn the power supply on.
2 Select the language (System menu -
possible without a password).
3 Log in and enter password protection (user
administration).
4 Set the date and time.
5 Enter system name.
6 Check whether all Rivo™ I/O modules
installed were detected.
7 Configure mA outputs (optional).
8 Configure signal input for flow (measuring
range, factor, format).
9 Where applicable, configure signal input for
external dosing factor.
10 Where applicable, perform initial positioner
calibration.
11 Configure digital inputs as required.
12 Configure alarms as required.
13 Parametrize interfaces.

14 In Manual mode, check all dosing devices for
correct functioning.
15 Test safety deactivations.
16 If required, carry out extended calibration or
linearization of the dosing device.
17 Set desired dosing factor.
18 Switch to Automatic mode and monitor sys-
tem for correct functioning.
