Replace the hydraulic oil filters
1. Open the reservoir cap (1) to relief any kind of pressure
inside it.
2. Verify if the filter breath of the cap is not clogged and clean
it, if necessary.
3. Clean the area around the bases of the filter.
4. Remove the filter elements with a belt wrench and discard
them properly.
5. Clean inside the base of the filter and the housing of the seal
ring.
6. Fill the new filter elements with new oil recommended by
DYNAPAC and lubricate the seal ring with the same oil.
Use only hydraulic oil recommended by
DYNAPAC.
7. Install the elements (2), tightening them manually until they
reach the bases of the filter, then adjust it with another ½
turn. Do not adjust it excessively, because the seal ring may
be damaged and it may cause leaks.
8. Run the machine engine and check the oil level at the
display and fill it if necessary (refer to the procedure “Verify
the brakeage circuit hydraulic oil reservoir” in this section).
9. Inspect visually the filter and the reservoir for leakages.
The filters are below the reservoir and can be
accessed by the right side of the engine
compartment.
