Restrictions Crosso ver detectio n is not avail able in Remote I/O operating
mode with additional function “Prioritized S tart-up” (FSU):
•
Use an appropriate cabl e (see secti o n 1.6.2).
•
Make sure that the function “Autonegotiation/Autocros-
sover” is deactivated in your control software before pla-
cing the system in operation (see section 2.6.4).
•
If necessary, the function “ Autonegotiation/Autocrossov-
er” must also be deactiva ted on the hardware-si de, in the
basic setting of your controller (PLC) or switches or
routers in between: ch eck the port settings for this pur-
pose.
The additional function FSU has restrictions in parameterisa-
tion:
•
Module parameters cannot be set over the controller soft-
ware and must therefore be entered using CPX-FMT or
CPX-MMI.
•
For the system start, the function “System Start with
Saved Parameters” (“Saved” or “Stored” parameters)
must be activated to ensure that the parameters entered
using FMT or MMI are used.
