3.3.2 Cutting ring screw connections
w In the case of cutting ring screw connections, incorrect installation of the
pressure lines can lead to the destruction of the replacement plate due to
the acting forces.
w The cutting ring screw connection may not be mounted to the device in one
work step.
1. Mount the cutting ring using a pre-assembly connecting piece.
2. Always use a conventional assembly paste

to avoid cold welding of the
stainless steel parts.
3. Carry out the final assembly work on the device only with a counter-hold.
Mount the cutting ring screw connection with a quarter or half-turn of the
union nut.
