4 Start-up
4.1 Installation control
NOTICE!The check of the pressure lines is not necessary for devices
without a pressure connection.
Before starting the measuring device:
w Check that the pressure lines are mounted correctly.
1. Is the measuring device undamaged?
2. Does the measuring device fulfil the requirements of the measuring point
specification?
3. Are the pressure lines laid correctly?
4. Are the attachment screws tightened correctly?
5. Is the device adequately protected against precipitation and solar radi-
ation?
w Check that all electrical supply and measuring lines are installed correctly.
1. Are the connection lines undamaged?
2. Do the cables used fulfil the requirements?
3. Is there strain relief on the mounted cables?
4. Are the connection plugs mounted correctly?
5. Is the earthing connection connected correctly?
4.2 Switch on the measuring device
w The measuring device can be switched on after a successful installation
check.
1. The start screen is now shown on the display.
