Create a New Machine Setup
Before recording data, create a Machine Setup name for
the machine under test. To create a new Machine Setup
name:
1. Push New Machine on the startup screen. Or
push .

2. Select Set up new machine. An alphanumeric
keyboard appears.
3. Use the Dial to highlight characters.
4. Push the Dial to select a character. A maximum
of 15 characters is allowable.

5. Push Move Cursor to move the cursor in the
text box one space to the left.
6. Push Delete Character to remove the last
character entered in the text box.
7. After you enter the name, push Done. The new
Machine Setup name appears in the name field.
