21.6 Time based fuel enrichment
Enables a time based fuel compensation that starts after the 2-step deactivation. This compensation is a time
(seconds) versus compensation (%) feature. After you enter the table, a graph will be displayed.
21.7 Time based advance/retard timing
Enables a time based timing compensation that starts after the 2-step deactivation. This compensation is a time
(seconds) versus degrees BTDC (º BTDC) feature. After you enter the table, a graph will be displayed.
21.8 Time based revolution limiter
The RPM control is based on seven RPM and time points that can be determined as shown in the image above.
This function is frequently used in drag racing cars, because it makes it easier to control the vehicle, once it allows the
traction to be recovered through an ignition cut ramp.
It is a passive traction control, and therefore, some attempts must be made before finding the perfect adjustment,
considering the characteristics of the car and the quality of traction provided by the track.
21.9 Time based RPM (retard)
This feature is very similar to the time base RPM (cut), instead of cutting the ignition, it will retard the timing, to
have a smoother way to control power and torque to the wheels. The function starts after 2-step.
The first screen explains how the retard works. The next ones are the RPM and retard values. The last screen will
show a graph of the timing curves programmed.
